Day 1/ Arrival in Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi, greeting at the airport with driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2/ Hanoi street food and city tour (B,L)
Morning stop at Bach Ma temple and continue walking along the narrow streets to Hang Be market. Taste street foods and learn about "local cuisine culture", such as cha que (sausage with cinnamon), banh cuon (Vietnamese rolling cakes), bun cha (rice noodles served with cha que), nem (deep fried "square-shape" spring rolls) and che (a popular dessert soup with many varieties kinds of beans). Take a rest at a local cafe. Afternoon, continue visiting the Presidential Palace (façade only), One Pillar pagoda, the Temple of Literature. Enjoy a cyclo ride through Hanoi's Old Quarter, followed a the water puppet show.

Day 3/ Hanoi – Halong Bay (B,L,D)
Transfer to Halong Bay for overnight cruise (private transfer with driver). Relax, enjoy beautiful landscapes and experience on-board activities: visiting grottos, swimming, kayaking, cooking demonstration, or squid fishing.

Day 4/ Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue (B)
Early risers can join Tai Chi session on sundeck. Late morning, say farewell to the crew and transfer back to Hanoi airport for flight to Hue. Overnight in Hue.

Day 5/ Hue city tour (B,L,D)

Visit Thanh Toàn tile-roofed bridge, Vọng Cảnh Hill, Hổ Quyền Arena. Learn how to make some favourite Hue cakes and have lunch at a local family. Stop at a local cafe with special war items collection. Afternoon visit the former Imperial Citadel. Enjoy special home-style dinner with a local family.

Day 6/ Hue - Hoi An City Tour (B)
Visit Dong Ba Market before departing for Hoi An. Visit Cham Sculpture Museum in Danang.
Afternoon, take a walking tour in Hoi An featuring Phung Hung Ancient House, Museum of Hoi An, Kwan Kung Temple, Japanese Covered Bridge, Workshops of Traditional Handicrafts and Hoi An Market.

Day 7/ Hoi An - Tra Que and Cam Thanh Village (B,L)
Optional biking along the country roads. Visit an organic vegetable village then join in farmer's daily activities. Next, experience riding a water buffalo and paddling bamboo basket boat in the river. Lunch at local restaurant.

Day 8/ Hoi An - Danang - Saigon (B)
Transfer to the airport for flight to Saigon. Pick-up and check-in hotel.
Afternoon, the city tour features the Reunification Palace, the City Post office building, and Ben Thanh Market. The rest of day is at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 9/ Day trip to Ben Tre (B,L)
Drive to Ben Tre Town, well-known as the land of coconut". Try a bike ride through the village. Then take a boat trip on river and visit some workshops of making products from coconut trees. Lunch with local specialties. Back to Saigon late afternoon.

Day 10/ Saigon - Flight to Siem Reap (B,D)
Transfer to the airport for flight to Siem Reap. On arrival, transfer to hotel
Tonight enjoy welcome dinner with Apsara show at Angkor Village Resort.

Day 11/ Siem Reap - Angkor Wat - Angkor Thom (B,L)
Morning, visit the National Museum. Then explore the Angkor Complex including Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, the Terraces of Elephant, Leper King, Bayon and Ta Prohm. Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

Day 12/ Siem Reap - Luang Prabang (B)
Take flight to Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage town. Check-in hotel and relax.

Day 13/ Luang Prabang - Pak Ou cave (B,L)
Early risers may participate in offering alms to hundreds of saffron-robed monks and visit morning market.
Breakfast at hotel. Take a boat trip to the Pak Ou Caves, a destination for local pilgrimage. On the way back, stop at Ban Xang Hai, a small village well-known for its local rice alcohol "lao lao". Lunch will be served at local restaurant. Visit the traditional hand-weaving village of Phanom. Then visit city temples, such as Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Aham, and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong. Climb up to Mount Phou Si (328 steps) for panoramic views of the city. From there we are free to explore the Night Market.
Optional: experience one of Laos' oldest traditions, The Baci, a ceremony to celebrate special events such as weddings, births, travel, welcoming friends and farewells.

Transfer to the airport for departure flight. Have a wonderful journey!
