1. How to make your reservation:

2. Deposit and Final payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person is required at time of booking confirmed to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days before departure on all tours. If we do not receive final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment in full is required if reservations made within the final payment date.
Payment may be made by charging to clients’ MasterCard, Visa (on arrival) or by bank transfer. Please contact sales@vexploretravel.com for the method of payment.
3.Revision and Cancellation fees:
A $25.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to reservation before 60 day. A change of departure date within 60 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charge will apply.
For individual bookings, the following per person cancellation fees apply.
- More than 60 days prior to departure: a non-refundable deposit will be retained.
- 60–21 days prior to departure : 25% of total price
- 20–7 days prior to departure : 50% of total price
- Within 7 days to departure : 100% of total price
No refund or reduction will be made to passengers whose breaks the journey regardless of the portions of the itinerary unused and failed to secure valid travel documents such as passport or visas.
4. Cancellation Waiver & Insurance Plan:
With Insurance protection plan, you will be covered up to the full value of your trip. Please contact your travel agent for a description of this program. We highly recommend purchasing of insurance to protect you and your travel investment.
5.Great Saving Program :
Group party of 4 passengers travel together save 5%
Group party of 6 – 9 passengers travel together save 7.5%
Group party of 10 passengers or more travel together will have big saving! Please call your travel agent to get more detail.
Book and full payment 6 month in advanced save 5%.
Free Travel Protection Plan when book and full payment 6 months in advanced.
Children Discounts:
Under 2 years old: free of charge (no meal, no bed)
Children 2 -12 years old:
- without extra bed 70% off adult fare
- with extra bed 25% off adult fare
(Discounts apply for land only. Some discount has restricted and not combinable)
6.Price Guarantee:
Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. However, once V’Explore Travel has received your deposit, that land price is guaranteed. Airfares included as part of booking prices are guaranteed when we received the full air payment.
All prices based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations.
7. Passports and Visas:
For vacations requiring visas for US citizens, detailed visa form will be mailed, email or faxed. You are responsible for obtaining and payment of all visas and entry documents prior to travel. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport and have valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. Multiples entries visas are required for some vacations. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.
8. Travel Documents:
Travel documents, including any paper air tickets or e-tickets itineraries, are sent by regular ground UPS approximately 21 days prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.
9. Safety:
Please be aware that during your vacations operated by V’Explore Travel, certain risks may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, aircraft, or other means of transportation; the forces of nature; terrorism; and illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. V’Explore Travel will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that we will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
10. Responsibility:
V’ Explore Travel acts only in the capacity of an agent for purveyors of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued by V’ Explore Travel are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the passengers, including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveller. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
