Day 1/ Arrive Saigon
Arrive Saigon, meet your guide and transfer to hotel check in. The rest of day is at leisure.

Day 2/ Saigon Now and Then (B,L)
In the morning your day starts with a visit to the Jade Pagoda, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Municipal Post Office and other remarkable buildings. You continue the drive a long a man-made canal that was an important waterway that linked Sai Gon to the Mekong Delta 200 years in the past. We stop at typical market in China town, then lunch at a restaurant with local Saigonese style dishes. After lunch we will take time to enjoy an authentic Vietnamese coffee arranged in an old colonial style building & garden. Return to hotel and free at leisure.

Day 3/ Saigon – Cai Be – Can Tho (B,L,D) with guide on board
Tranfser to Cai Be Pier by a private car (without guide). 11.30 Boarding of the cruise vessel and check-in 12.00 Panorama cruise and lunch on board around 13.00 16.00 Guided walk to a rural village or through the lush greens of orchards and rice paddies 17.30 Return to the boat for refreshment and to enjoy the sunset on the top deck 19.00 Dinner on board, night on board

Day 4/ Can Tho – Cai Be (B,L,D)
06.30 Morning cruise and morning tea break served on board 08.00 Excursion on a long sampan to Cai Rang floating market and vermicelli producing family 12.00 Panorama cruise and lunch on board around 13.00 16.00 Afternoon walk to a rural village or cooking class on board 19.00 Dinner on board, night on board

Day 5/ Cai Be – Saigon (B)
06.30 Morning cruise and morning tea break served on board 08.00 Check-out of cabin. Excursion on a rowing sampan, explore small canals of Tan Phong islet, visit a coconut candy producing family. 10.30 Bicycle ride on back roads or walk in a small village along the Mekong Canals 11.00 Drive back to Saigon Check-in the hotel. Overnight in Saigon

Day 6/ Saigon Departure (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight home. Have a safe journey!
