• Superior Family Suite: 100 sqm, upstairs, 02 king size beds, a lounge area with giant flatscreen TV, views of the Kampot river and Bokor mountain, a full kitchenette and oversized bathtub
• 04 Comfort Double Rooms: 22 sqm, downstairs, a television with dvd player, a refrigerator and a kettle for some free tea or coffee, closer to the swimming pool and bar
• 01 Standard Twin: 16 sqm, downstairs, a television with dvd player, a refrigerator and a kettle for some free tea or coffee, closer to the swimming pool and bar

Boat-house: is a very large new River Villa facility, located right on the river and exists of two rooms downstairs and two rooms upstairs

• 02 King-room with river view: 30 sqm, downstairs, view over the Kampot river and the Bokor mountain range, furnished terrace of 40 sq/m in front of the downstairs rooms
