Day 1/ Arrival in Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi, transfer to hotel check-in.

Day 2/ Duong Lam Ancient Village – Hanoi city tour (B,L)
Start the trip to the west of Hanoi to visit Duong Lam village, a purely agricultural village of the Northern Red River delta where still preserve many hundred-year-old houses. It will be your unique experience as you walk along tiny ancient alleys; visit Mong Phu temple in Mong Phu hamlet - the only hamlet whose original village entrance gate remains intact, dedicated to national heroes. Have some talks with the locals in their ancient houses by visiting the ancient houses. Lunch will be arranged at an ancient house where you would have idea of how traditional family observe ancestral worship.
Drive back to Hanoi, we visit Temple of Literature (Van Mieu) – Quoc Tu Giam, a famous historical and cultural relic consisting of the Temple of Literature and Vietnam’s first university and Ethnology Museum: Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is both a research centre and a public museum exhibiting the ethnic groups of Vietnam.
Take a pedicab ride around 36 Street Old Quarters.

Day 3/ Hanoi – Lao Cai – Sapa (B,L,D) joining tour
Early morning, join transfer to the remote mountain of Sapa. Continue travel to Nam Cang village and check-in the tranquil Nam Cang Riverside Lodge. Lunch with local specialties. Afternoon, explore the village of Red Dao people. Enjoy local dinner and try the traditional herbal bath.

Day 4/ Sapa – Hiking Day (B,L,D)
Breakfast in an amazing landscape. Your trek starts with an ascent to small Blue H’mong village and Red Dao village of Nam Nhiu. Picnic lunch. Afternoon, continue trekking through small dirt trail, passing the rice terraces and a pretty river before arriving back at Nam Cang village.
Grade: Moderate/ 5-6 hours walking.

Day 5/ Walk in pure nature. Back to the city life of Hanoi (B,L)
Morning walk in to the jungle to explore the beautiful surrounding nature. Visit a small house of remote located Red Dao minorities. Arrive back at Nam Cang Riverside Lodge and lunch. Then transfer back to town and depart for Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Approx: Grade: Easy/ 2,5 -3 hours walking.
* You can extend your stay in Sapa or move to Topas Ecolodge or another hotel in town.

Day 6/ Hanoi - Halong Bay (B,L,D)
Drive to Halong Bay (with driver only). Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside.
Get on board Halong Cruise. Relax, enjoy beautiful landscapes and experience on-board activities: visiting grottos, swimming, kayaking, cooking demonstration, or squid fishing.

Day 7/ Halong Bay - Hanoi (B)
Early risers can join Tai Chi session on sundeck. Late morning, say farewell to the crew and transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 8/ Hanoi – Departure (B)
Have a leisure morning until check-out from hotel. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
