- Mountain House: 50-52 sqm, King or twin beds, mountain view, spacious indoor bathrooms with baths, private deck and Inthar touches
- Garden House: 53-63 sqm, King bed, set back amongst natural pools of lily-pads and amongst our mature tropical gardens, expansive wooden deck, rain showers, bath clay ovens
- Lake House: 56-69 sqm, King or twin beds, built by local artisans, houses and finely decorated with Shan paper lanterns, artwork and Inthar weaving, private deck with lake view, outdoor shower, bath clay ovens
- 02 Princess Houses: 71 sqm, located on the shore beside the lawned garden, private veranda, Inthar weaving and bespoke furnished interiors
