Dear Mr Hau, we have now returned to the UK following a great trip through Vietnam.
I’d like to say thank you to your team members, in particular our guides Trang in Hanoi and Sinh in Hue who did a great job in showing us round.
It was really reassuring to met at the airports and then contacted by Trang and Sinh by phone even before we had reached our hotels. They introduced themselves and made it such a good start to our holiday.
Especially, I’d like to thank you for all your hard work in putting our trip together, particularly when I had to cancel and start again!
I hope you manage to get some time off over TET. We saw all the preparations being made in the streets of Ho Chi Minh before we left and I’m sure it will be a great party.
